Our Team

Harry Cuadrado and Hans weemaes have substantial managerial experiecne gained in their careers. They worked with and for numerous profitable middle-market businesses, and deeply understand the operartional, financial, and strategic issues faced by owners and managers of growth companies. 

Harry Cuadrado

Harry has over 14 years of experience primarily in the management roles at large and small companies 

Prior to forming Captiva Partners, Harry was the founder and president of QDC Solutions, an engineering and management consulting firm. He helped grow the business from servicing one client to servicing over a dozen clients located throughout Asia, Europe, North America and Mexico.  Previously, Harry was Senior Manager at General Motors’ Asia Pacific Operations based in Shanghai, China, where he had regional responsibilities spanning across China, Korea, India, Thailand, and Australia for the supplier quality and purchasing organisation.

Previously, Harry held the positions of Engineering Group Manager within General Motors North America, where he led a team of senior engineers respsonsible for addressing GM’s quality problems at the Oklahoma City Assembly Plant.

Harry earned his MBA degree from the London business school in 2012.  He also holds a Master in Engineering degree from Cornell University, a bachelor degree from Columbia  Uniiversity in Mehanical Engineeringand an bachelor degree in Physics from Binghamton University.

Hans has over 10 years of international business experience in business transformation (incl. Porject / Program management, Operational Excellence, Cost Reduction and Strategy Execution) at ING Group, one of the world’s largest financial service companies.  His management skills and strong team building abilities are essential leadership attributes that have resulted in a strong track record of delivering complex, high-risk international projects.  Hans worked on ING’s core strategic initiatives in serveral countries and managed up to 50 people and £20 million budget.

He also managed several consultancy engagements all over the world, defining strategic plans for multinationals, government agencies and SME’s. Clients include the Singaporean Economic Development Board (EDB) on strategic innovation, adn Hanwha Energy on their International expansion strategy. 

More recently most of his consultancy work is focused on the Private Equity sector, and he provides lecture for corporates on strategy, entrepreneurship and leadership.

He has earned his MBA degree, with distinction from the London Business School in 2012. He has earned his Masters in Science degree in Business Adminstration from Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
